I hope you're all well and enjoyed the festivities.
I just thought I'd pop in and say Hi and to see how everyone is doing. It's been over 16 months now since my last cigarette and things could not be better, I'm thoroughly enjoying and proud of being a non-smoker and my bank account has certainly benefited.
Keep it up everyone, especially those of you who are in the first 3 months, I found those the most difficult but they got things got easier each day.
Finally a bit of controversy for all of year struggling to stay quit, I still believe that CT is the best way to quit
