Quick post.....struggled last night and hit the ecig......feeling bad about that as I feel I am starting from scratch again......

In a much better place today now that I have no temptation with wifey being away......she is back and giving me the normal grief......nice.....

Dont worry to much about the e cig, i've got one that i use if desperate haha & patches, but my nicotine monsters will never get the real hit they want how ever much they plead.

I would love to have gone ct, but after so many failed attempts i'm using all the help i can, knowing that eventually, how ever long it takes, i wont even think about my old habit.

Just caught up with your post from last night, sorry I missed it. i would have said that i know exactly where you are coming from. I too have been at that place where my OH wasn't around as would many other ex-smokers no doubt. Like someone said, you'd only be fooling yourself, not your OH. You are doing this for you. it's your life!

You've done so well getting to day 12 and who cares if you took a hit on the e-cig? It doesn't take you back to day 1, it moves you forward to the next day that you can proudly say: "I'm a non smoker"
