I am sleeping quite a bit, but if my body is telling me to do that, who am i to argue?
i get that too, but i wonder if it is a diet thing, as smokers we tend (at least i do!) to eat badly and not enough, as non-smokers we are more energetic, but eating better takes longer to fix?
