Now I'm on day 4 :), however since my quit I haven't had a decent nights sleep, almost waking up hourly :confused:, this despite plenty of exercise and early morning starts due to work.

My 2 previous quit attempts were with patches (ct this time) and although I experienced vivid dreams, I still remember getting a good nights sleep.
