Well here is my little story. This is my second time trying to quit. On the last day of November at midnight I had my last smoke. (CT)
I started a fairly strict diet and work out plan a week before I stopped smoking, now 3 weeks later I've lost 15kgs. I went from 94Kg down to 79kg. I haven't looked or felt this good since I left school.
Now the trick is stick with it I guess, as I know from experience it is pretty easy to fall back into old routines.
And I've also been sober for over two months now!
Anymore day fifteens out there?
