I was awol for abit as laptop got a huge virus on it which needed fixing. Am still hanging in there and am totally nicotine free now - no inhalator and no patches!!! Lost half a stone in the last week too so things looking up!

hi,

that is amazing. Giving up cigs is difficult but you must be the first person ever to lose weight while giving up the fags. I actually eat less when i give up as well. Probably cos i have no fag to look forward to afterwards. Healthy attitude to life as ever!! Anyway, well done to you and keep going!!!

Unfortunately the only secret I have is a stressful life!!!

Was joining a gym but can't be bothered so started swimming instead as it doesn't seem so exhausting!!!

Work full time, have a hubby, an 11 year old daughter and a disabled 2 year old daughter - it works, but, I wouldn't wish my life on anyone!!!
