Dear every one.
I am on day 20 and yes it appears to be getting a bit easy.
I have a cd which is relaxtion and no smoking cd,lasts about20 mins.I can reccomend this it is away of relaxing/meditating and staying focused really good and think it helps have used it for the last 3 days,anyone want the name its on e bay and costs a couple of quid let me know .
Which a boards do I go on when I reach day 21, is it month one.
