Day 20 Treading the boards

Dear every one.

I am on day 20 and yes it appears to be getting a bit easy.

I have a cd which is relaxtion and no smoking cd,lasts about20 mins.I can reccomend this it is away of relaxing/meditating and staying focused really good and think it helps have used it for the last 3 days,anyone want the name its on e bay and costs a couple of quid let me know .

Which a boards do I go on when I reach day 21, is it month one.

Thanks to everone who has helped.

A big thanks to everone who who has been a support,like you all I find this forum a great help.

Tonight I really felt the cravings but just said to myself it will pass and before I knew it had.

Stop smoking cd i bought on e bay is really good ,after listened to once I only use section 3 I do fin that it does help.At least it makes me feel very laid back.

On wednesday I will be over 3 weeks so well done to me.
