Well another month gone by without incident so pleased with myself.
Still think about them now and again but don't crave them anymore.
Trying to lose the half stone I have put on since quitting, so watching what I eat and going on long walks.
I do feel so much better in myself, I can taste the food I eat now.
So I just want to say If I can quitt anyone can, just take one day at a time, treat yourself now and again with the money you save.
Love Joan xxx

Congrats, Joan
That's excellent getting to 7 months and moving into the 2nd half of the year quit. Hopefully the next 5 months will be all plain sailing for you. But, remember not to get complacent.
