Hi folks , today marks another milestone for yours truly .......300 days since injesting my last poison stick.

Feeling better and better with each milestone that comes along and next sunday will mark 10 months since I stopped smoking

300 days.. 3 centuries.. many are happy to get to 3 weeks, 3 months etc, but 300 days is well on your way to a year.. be proud!
