cheers peeps! Im very proud of myself. I told someone i had given up smoking today, she was like oh well done. I said, yea its only been 8 days but gotta start somewhere. inside i was rlly proud to be able to say iv been a non smoker for over a week. I intend to keep it that way!!!

It hasn't "only" been 8 days- it's been 8 whole entire 24 hour periods of time. Congratulate yourself for every acheivement- be it a period of time or a testing situation, every positive reinforcement you can give yourself, will make the next challenge that bit easier to manage- good on you Pols xxx
