S**t day..S**t week actually. Feet up (well poorly foot), red wine, Hairy Bikers and Chinese food on Route.

I feel fat, mildly numbed by wine and at home.

- I seemed to have quit over the past week. When do you officially become a non smoker. I mean I don't even think about it any more (I know to be careful).

Hee Hee I am glad Im not the only one feeling fat mines gas and OH reckons it better stay where it is or we will have an open topped bungalow LOL

Officially I dont know but docs want put on records untill 3 months I think in a way you R never a non smoker cause then I might slip so i will go day by day.

Hi Stav,

I was wondering when we are officially non smokers but I tend to agree with jamangie I think we'll always have to watch out for the nicotine monster when we are least expecting it ... we are drug addicts after all!

I hope you are feeling better today ... at least your lungs are happy
