I have the odd 'flakey day' here or there at the moment, but never do i feel an urge for a smoke being the answer. When you get to this point in the quit, you have to be sensible.. so i reason with my thoughts and then the day passes nicely.

I still get the odd after-dinner craving in that i don't want a cig, i just get a little bit like i'm short of something to do kind of thing.. but its definitely not like what i had to exercise self-control over back in the 1-4 month stage last year. totally different.

Just glad to be here, and even better with spring and summer approaching now, my moods will lift again and that will make the last months easier (i'm hoping). Its easy now, but i like the sunshine
