Its great your into month 2, the difficult one is well and trully over. How did you find it during month 1, was it tough, can you feel the benefits already. I think you're great if you dont mind me saying!

I found month1 hard but i got threw it in the end thanks pivory for asking i still get some carveing more so in the morning but not quite as many.Im allso doing weight watchers as well and today has been a very hard day for me all i keep doing is picking at sweet things which is not like me at all as i have been so good but never mind in the morning i will draw a line under today and start fresh.

I am still on the patchers but the phonex woman said she is going to reduce them on Tuesday when i go and see her so hopefully the craveing wont get worse when she reduces the patchers.

My o/h smokes still but has to go outside and i must admit i cam smell it YUK

That will keep me strong

Got here - reaaly odd day. Didn't think about "them" at all despite going shopping with the OH. Then around 7.30 this evening from absolutely no-where, I just wanted a puff. Really threw me and a reminder not to take the quit for granted.

But I'm here and feeling so pleased with myself

I know you have both found the quit really hard at times like myself but we have got this far which is fantastic.

Funny Dave how those odd powerful cravings really get you in the gut.
