Firstly woooo! I'm into my fifth month of being smoke free. I can honestly say that, after 20 years of smoking I was scared that I would never be able to go a day without one and be happy, yet here I am 5 months after giving up and enjoying life smoke free!
I'm sorry I don't get on here more - I try and post when I can but running two businesses and working up to an engagement is keeping me very occupied hehe
Thanks again to everyone who supported me, especially in those crucial early days when I needed it so much - and a special mention must go out to my lil plastic inhalator which got me through the tough times and is soon to go into honourable retirement
I hope everyone I know is doing well in their (our) battle with the weed and I'll come back and check on you all when I can

Hey a huge well done Chris 5 months is fantastic good luck for the rest of your quit
Just post when you can chris .. life has to go on 'as normal' now you've quit, and running 2 businesses and this engagement thing naturally will take alot of time.. and we all keep sayin 'only so many hours in a day'.
So long as you are still quit.. thats what matters
