Without the help, I would still be smoking, and with the continued help I will remain a non smoker.

I really cannot thank you enough, my kids thank you, my OH thanks you, my mum and dad thank you.

This really makes me smile, Bev. You really turned things around..... you struggled, started smoking again, came back from your trip, and you listened to all the advice that had been given to you...... and now you are in your 3 month! Bloody marvelous! And you arrived with plenty of humour, too!

there was reasoning behind it, i started out alphbetically, and then thought this is going to look really sad, so i decided to mix it up a bit, and then i got confused.

so now i look really sad for having to explain it, well thanks for that Bella, wish I'd put you at the end of the dam list now.
