Nocotine lozengers..advice please

Hi.Im using the nicotine lozengers at the moment and just wondered if this has happened to anyone else. I get a craving..take a lozenge..then not long after i feel a bit irratable and tired.I want to stop them but the thing is i like the taste and i sppose they make me feel safe when the urge takes me lol

A lozenge is sopposed to last half hour but they last me over an hour lol

Wish mints would last that long then i could swap.
