These sound like the homicidal ravings of a person in withdrawal, I have to say...Breath deeply,,,drink water...fun about ( how funny, I meant to write 'run about' !!!)...shout a bit...Get it out. There's no way to go round this, you've just got to go through it...but only once!
A cigarette will NOT make all the crap better. In fact, it will make everything ten times worse - you'll feel so bad about smoking, and the crap WILL STILL BE THERE!!!!
I vote you Kick the Git until you get it all out of your system!
Gonnaquit, kick the git. Stupid man putting you under pressure at this time, kick the git and youll feel much better. forget the nic stick you dont need it.
Don't do it, drink a pint of water, breathe deeply anything but have a ciggie. We all now how you are feeling and some of us have blipped and deeply regretted it. Day 3 and 4 are definately the worse days, you will definately notice a difference in yourself tomorrow and for then after.
thanks guys i have not had a cig and consider the git kicked lol we are ok now he is quiting aswell and didnt put hes patch on so i think that may have had something to do with it but hes still a git lol
i can hear day 5 calling me now i will stay strong

I really noticed how I would plan my day around smoking but now I hardly think about the smoke times anymore. God when i think about it i couldn't even go to the toilet or make a cup of coffee or put the bloody bin out without lighting up! LMAO at it now but it was really sad.
Trust me, this feeling will go and all of a sudden you'll realise that you've done something without smoking or thinking about it and it happens sooner than you think
