.....or 13 weeks 2 days or 93 days.....anyway I look at it, I'm doing just fine! Not experienced any of the terrible "3s" syndrome. I remember having a vague notion a few days ago that it would be good to have a fag - nothing troublesome. Passed within a minute. No other troubles to report. Love life as a non-smoker. Blowin a big smoke-free kiss to you all........

And remember.....smoking is one of the leading causes of statistics.

Thanks for the support & congrats, Michael and I'll certainly try to keep up with my quit. But.....God had nothing to do with my quit. Him and me have an arrangement, he don't bother me and I don't bother Him! Works well.
