Thanks ladies and gentlemen, I too misread the nibble ripple and began to wonder if i'd logged on to another type of forum! Anyway, i'm sure its all downhill from here. Bella and any others who are struggling, I can report an actual 8 hours of not thinking about smoking at all! Thats a first for me. It does come, even for those olympic smokers. I,m off to find other like minded nipple ribblers.....
