Hi Jimbo, good luck on your quitting.

I'm on patches (24 hour) and also the nicorette inhalator( only used it twice today).

I'm on day 6 and doing exellently.

I was a 40 a day smoker.

Theres is a peice of info i stumbled upon in the general chat further down the forum written by the person the previous person was on about.

I can only remember Black being part of there username.

I used lozenges I found the Boots own brand ones tasted the least bad.
