still on the wagon or not ?

My mum couldnt light her cigarette, so I did it for her. :eek:

I didnt inhale and passed it straight to her as soon as, whats bothering me is does this count as falling off the wagon or am I still on day 21 or back to the begining.

It tasted foul, enough just having it on my lips for a second.

I wish she give up too but I'm not going to preach to her, too much any way.

Told her I wont be doing it again so she have to go without.

I know it was stupid as so close to taking 1 single puff is all it needs to hook again on the evil weed

Mav.... no worries.... I don't think that is what they mean by 'not one puff'.... one puff and the intention to smoke rather?.... so day 21 for you and congrats you.... that is a great achievement! I recommend not lighting it again for your mom though.... too much temptation... on a 'bad' day you might take that puff that throws you back to day! Good going you..... keep it up :)

Mummy shouldn't be asking no matter what situation it is, you have done the right thing by telling her you won't be doing it again-i'm sure (hope) she understands this. You're right in saying you can't make your mum stop smoking-she has to want to do it for herself-you may inspire her!!!

Well done so far-lighting a fag doesn't count for falling off the wagon-me walking passed smokers and breathing in their smoke (yuk) is probably worse !!!!
