Woohoo, here I am Day 8 and 5 minutes! I'm now officially promoted to the week 2ers. Just thought I'd get that off my chest (caugh, caugh) before I go to bed for some wide awake time then onto some weird dreams.

Congratulations on getting to week 2. I haven't had any wide awakes and weird dreams yet. I remember having them on my first quit, my garage was full of grass cuttings packed tight and I couldn't get the car in. :D:D

That was one dream, couldn't possibly put in here what the others were LOL.

What the heck is it about sleep - I have been wide awake since 2.30am today - 3.30 am the day before and getting fed up of it as I really need a good uninterrupted sleep. The plus side is I no longer crave that first ciggie of the day but the daft thing is I think about it whilst lying wide awake - at least I'm not doing what I would have done in the past i.e get up and have a cuppa and a fag!
