Making the decision to quit is very difficult, so well done for that - and then actually carrying through on that and starting... scary!!!

So, well done for day 1 - and keep it going.

the last time i had a ciggi was last night about 10 0 clock i have been puffing on my niccorete inhalor im doing ok, but finding it hard to keep busy:mad:

I went and bought two garden pots from millbrooks my first week, not very exciting I know but it pleased me.
