Day 6
Well done!!! Keep on going!
Day 6 was my biggest test as I was out at a Christmas market today and it seemed to me that all around were smoking. For the first time I noticed how much I noticed other people's smoke. I didn't like it. Though I still had the craving from time to time.
Something is definitely missing, no doubt about it – and I don't want to deny that either as that seems wrong. But I do know I don't want to go back down that path again.
Well done to both of you - you should soon notice it start to get a little easier. If not soon, then it won't be too long and it really is worth it!!!
Keep it going, the view is awesome when you get a bit further along the path!
Thanks to everyone for your support, well done to everyone too.
Ive heard of Champix, is it any good?

Champix is very good, but in my opinion you are a long way from needing help with withdrawal symptoms now.
The physical withdrawals tend to ease off at around 7 days and you are left with the subconcious thoughts of smoking... there is no medication that can help with those.
