10 weeks is a nice sounding number isn't it? I didn't realise we were so close on quit dates - you're just 5 days ahead of me! You're also nicotine free now... I bet that feels so good!

Interesting you've stopped the patches-I'm thinking of doing the same but part of me is nervous about facing the final hurdle! I've been on the 7mg ones from the start (6 weeks now), topping up with the inhalator as & when I felt I needed it. Haven't used the inhalator at all for a couple of weeks now and I've been trying to delay putting the patch on in the morning as well.

Managed without the patch for half a day last weekend as it fell off while I was hoovering and I hoovered it up just as I realised what it was!

Going to the clinic tomorrow and will see what the nurse says about coming off the patches but any advice/tips you can give me as well would be great.

How did you feel when you only had the patch on for 1/2 of the day? Any different?
