I was on the nasal spray for 2 weeks and seemed to gasp most of that time huh. I changed to the inhalors on Monday and find them brilliant! I have tried the patches, nasal spray and this is by far the best ive tried. Anyone else enjoying the inhalor?

I used it to come off cigarettes quite successfully once, but caved shortly after I stopped using it. The reason being that I had not dealt with why I smoked, just substituted one nicotine delivery method for another.
This time I used lozenges and (hopefully) I've got my mind sorted, so I no longer feel that I would like to smoke, and I don't feel deprived.
very true, I havent actuallythought about how ill do without them!!! As im new to it im not sure how it all works if you wean off them ect. But tbh I am feeling it just like having cigs and maybe that aint a good thing . Perhap ill get addiocted to these lol.
It is very possible to transfer your addiction to NRT.
However, while using NRT you are not taking in the vast array of other nasty chemicals that you would while smoking, and while its not good to be addicted to NRT its the lesser of 2 evils.
Re-educating yourself is the key, IMHO, if you can understand that quitting is not depriving yourself and get to the point where you really don't think of smoking as a forbidden pleasure, then coming off NRT will be not only possible but quite easy.
I read back over some of your posts from earlier this year and know how difficult it has been for you.
You are doing brilliantly. Don't rush to change things too soon it might take a while longer to get your mind sorted out and kick the NRT but that's way better than going back to smoking.
