Yes, I'm just a little grumpy about having to go back to day - whatever.
But it shouldn't matter which day it is...no smoking is a perfect score, right?
My body certainly feels more like it's just carrying on where it left off..with a bit of junk being coughed up now and again!
Just p****d off to have failed...but there's something about the 'clock-watching' aspect that has to be looked at. . I never did have a 'quitmeter'...Hmmm.
Thanks for your concern, Linda and Sue. it really is touching and a GREAT help!
I'm sure I've said this before Bill on another thread, but just recently it hit me that I don't need to be checking my quitmeter to see how many days I have gone smoke free. I don't CARE how long I have gone now. The important thing is, I don't smoke NOW and thats what counts. Whether I've gone 5 days or 5 years, whatever, it doesn't matter. Point is, I don't smoke and thats that. So don't be too bothered about what room you post from. We're all at the same place. We're all non smokers.

Maddy I sure wish I had your confidence - but in my case - I have to apply an old saying
