Because I click on the A then change the COLOR=black to COLOR=green That's how sad I am. 37.5 in the geek test

Highlight the text you want coloured, then click on the A above the edit box next to the word Sizes, which says (Colors) if you hover over it, then just change COLOR=black for COLOR=red or any other colour you like.

Hey Jude/Cword - wtg on reaching 4 months. I am still just behind (tonight for me)

Time flies so fast. Do you remember us in the first days, weeks and month?????? I am sometimes pinching myself and can hardly believe I do not smoke. It was such a big part of everything I did...I still get the occasional thought but they are fleeting and Ok to deal with. It is only when I am facing situations I did not experience yet as a non smoker that I get a noticeable urge (sitting in the garden , or dealing with bad news recently) - I can identify them as triggers and deal with them but it is a little disheartening to think these will go on for some time...

The benefits however far outweigh the pain and disconfort of those moments. I just wish I had that wake up call earlier...

hey Cat, a massive well done to you !!

it seemed a impossible mountain at the start , i know i did my fair share of whinging (nowts changed there!)

u, cword and dave08 were a huge help to me.

i get the urge aswell but nowt i cant deal with, its a bit like wanting some choc now, cant have it!! (too fat!)

cword hasnt been on, im getting concerned now......he was very pi55d off with here, as a few are, including me.

have yourself a lovely treat tonight , u deserve it! xx
