Well I'm still a happy non smoker and feeling alot better than I did yesterday.

Day 3 was a killer but I got there in the end.

And it's FRIDAY Yippee!!

Hi May Day team,

Still going strong-ish! Have practically redecorated the house - just to keep myself busy and my mind off the cigs.

There have been a few moments when I have been veeeerrry tempted to go and buy a pack but so far, touch wood, have managed to stay strong.

Still on the patches but take it off about an hour before going to bed and put the next one on first thing in the morning - not good for about half an hour first thing in the morning but thankfully my partner has left the house by then!
