Looks like it's just me and you then wkd. I'm doing ok. Lost my Champix last Sunday, and I've done without them until my doctors appointment yesterday. She renewed my prescription no worries, and said to take them if I felt I needed them. Strangely enough, I 've not really missed them. Nor have I had any cravings. In fact, I've actually felt quite good! Got the Champix handy...just in case, but fingers crossed.

You certainly seem to doing well without the dreaded nicotine. Good for you!

Allan, so glad to hear you are coping without the champix!!

I can't begin to describe how well i'm doing this week, last week was dodgy to say the least but i stuck at it and am so glad!

Wonder where our other team members are? Out enjoying themselves hopefully, without the cancer sticks. E

Hi Team

I can't believe how good and positive I feel about never smoking again.

Just come back from weekend away with the girls whom 3 smoked, went outside for some fresh air in my lungs (honest) and 3 smokers followed me and lit up, wasn't tempted 100% infact the smell was making me feel sick.

Woke up with a really bad sore throat today and maybe the start of a cold which isn't good but apart from that, feel on top of the world.

Hope everyone is okay.
