Hi

After a rubbish visit to the dentist I have now decided that it is the time, sadly I brought 60 cigs when I went shopping, and hadn't yet decided on this course of action, but I plan to stop on Friday. That why the hard first 72 hrs won't be experienced by my colleagues. I have also phoned my local NHS and they are sending me some info, so I'll be happy to join your team.

To the team, I'll try and think of a suggestion for a team name, and we can choose out of all our suggestions. Just had a thought 'Team Fresh'??

I think this may be one of the better moves I've made.

I'm not sure if I can mention other sites if I couldn't then this bit will have to be taken out but i see that a lot of ppl recommend the Alan Carr book, if you join this webiste readitswapit.co.uk, and have books to swap you could do a swap for that book. I have also told my boss at work about my plan, as I plan to finish on Thursday nite, so Friday could be fun at work!!
