Good afternoon, ive had a really good day since my stupid relapse and feel more positive. Its like I never had the cig in the first place, im not craving, I feel quite normal again.

How is everyone else doing?

Im only on day 1, for the millionth time so I know how you feel. The difference is though you have learnt from your little relapse, in fact i wouldn't even call it a relapse, just a little wobble which you have managed to knock on the head really quickly. I need to learn from that.

Everyone seems to be doing really well, it's great to come on here and read such positive messages.

I'm alright too, I've got by without using any aids today. I'm snarling a bit but haven't taken any chunks out of anyone yet.
