Well, I am feeling a little bit chuffed. Was a bit annoyed still this morning as I stopped a few years ago for about 7 or so months and was thinking how much further I'd be if I'd stuck to it then. But hey ho, such is life - all that matters now is that I've stopped and that I'm into month 5.

I'm a september quitter now. I only smoked those 2 cigs in september but I wanted to be able to count from when I'd smoked nothing. If I was counting from august I'll be at 5 months on monday!
