Day 12 to be fare dont know how I got here have had a really sh*t few days and if i was up to it yesterday would of gone to the shop and got 10. But so glad I didnt cos feel a lot better this morning.Dont feel like i will never smoke again but a lot more positive than yesterday. just keep thinking 2 more days and we are on week three. and if I give in will be watching all you lot and be double gutted. Well done linda. I know you have had a crap week and you have done so well to get to today. I feel the same in thaqt if i cave in now i will then have to watch veryone else keep going.
