Hi guys 10 days for me !!!!! feel really heavy i guess thats from packing it in.i have to change that or I will have another problem.Anyway talk to you guys, i just have to say thank you to all for talking with me .this form has helped me so much as my husband still smokes and there is always smokes in the house(put away so the kids don't see them 14,18,20)

Thanks Steveh im not sure if I thanked you before ,I'm still not really sure how this forum works I seem to go in the wrong places at times but I still get some messages. I guess when your new it takes time.

It hard when your husband still smokes isnt it but your doing great and this forum does help to off load. Keep going and as steve said lets look forward to the next 10.

Mrs T, I think you'll be welcome wherever you go so don't worry about that!

If you really want to 'follow the path' (!) have a look at the titles on the forum main page (you are currently in week 2) and open one which seems to coincide with where you are.. but that's just a minor matter. What's important is that you keep going and keep talking!

My partner still smokes as well, but I don't really care actually. You have to do it yourself and don't forget it is a choice you made.
