I was thinking about you all day knowing that today is soooo special for you, but i couldn't get online until NOW!!! I am 5 hours behind you so it's 4 months and 1 day for you, but in my world it's still your 4 month mark today!!!! YOU ROCK!!!!!!! Ewwww tomorrow is mine and Poskits 4 MONTH mark - we are stars! How great does this feel??????? NEVER thought I'd see the day ~ YIIPPPPEEE!! Keep it up buddy - you are doing amazing!

wow.. we don't get winters like that any more over here, though in Eastern Europe where Mrs H and I have a little house, they still have hard winters.

Me? Yeah.. I'm ok, having odd moments of really wanting to smoke but just gritting my teeth and trying to get through. I must confess, I thought the 'urge' to smoke would have passed by now but I guess that's my own naivete..

Anyway, happy to see you're ploughing ahead mate, good on you.:)

Good to hear you are fighting those urges. They are terrible when they hit, but when you don't have the urges it feels so amazing. I thought smoking in my mind would be a thing of the past by now, but yep the thoughts still come up every once in awhile.

Can you beileve it is STILL snowing here!!! OMG - hubby has been outside three times already with the snow blower and the shovels...seems to be dying down a bit, but it's still coming down.

Looks like we will have a white Christmas :rolleyes:
