Withdrawal symptoms?

I am now into day 2 and am feeling a little 'spacy' almost dizzy. Could this be withdrawal symptoms?

Could anyone who has perhaps suffered nicotine withdrawal symptoms please share with me.

I am using nicotine patches. Have smoked for 40 years.

Hello Jen..Well done on reaching day 2.....Yes it sounds like withdrawal symptons to me..I am not using patches but day 2 for me has been my worse day so far..Keep going Jen it does get better and we are are all here for you...behappyxx

the dizzy spells is your body getting oxygen so the healing begins,i went cold turky so cant comment on stopping using patch's.

Hi there. I am on patches too and they are helping so much. I dont remember having the dizzy bit but then we are all different.
