Good to read your update Neicy, I replied in your previous post about maybe if not already done so, consult your GP as anxiety does magnify when we quit....

You are doing great at 25 days, almost at your huge 1 month milestone, keep it up!

Hay, isn't it amazing 25 days smoke free, many many people would love to be in your shoes, so to speak.

You know the longer, you quit the easier it becomes in a way, it sort of like riding a huge wave, but that wave will become smaller and smaller, the further you go.

It's true, your body is thanking you over and over,  and indeed thanking you.

Let those difficult times pass, it is but a moment in time.

25 days Awsome!  Just keep going, doing great, soooo worth a bit of  difficulty here and  there.

Doing great

Hi Neicy - 25 days is brilliant. I think we all understand the anxiety but it does get easier. Take each day/hour/minute at a time - before you know it you will be looking back in amazement at how far you have come
