I think you are on day 8 or 9 and I know that day 3 and day 9 were by far the worst days for me. Alot of people say the same so just hang in there and I am sure you will make it through the next day or so.
Believe me, if I can do it you can! I was on 40 roll ups a day and had been smoking for about 33 years.
I will come and get you if you give in now! 360

Breath hun!! Deep breath! You are free from the nicotine so the craving is all from habit. Keep yourself busy and ask hubby to go outside to smoke and stay away from him when he is smoking. It will be too tempting if you are around it at this time. You should go and have a nice warm bubble bath and relax. Keep your mind busy! Poor you!! Now, just think - he is smoking but it is only lasting him about 6 minutes and then he is not smoking for another little while...you would be ruining all this non-smoking time for just 6 minutes of pure hell done to your body! You will reget it and you will feel TERRIBLE! The ciggie will taste gross and you will smell really bad. You will feel yucky in the morning and you will be sooooooooooo angry at yourself for giving in to the demon! A ciggie will not do any good for you. As good as it sounds, it isn't!! You know it isn't good or else you wouldn't have quit!! Keep on your path and DON'T GIVE IN!
I so want to give up i dont want to be a smelly smoker anymore and i want this horrible feeling to go away. I am in such a bad mood this morning, I think i could beat Mike tyson up.
Flippy - get yourself a straw, cut it into cig length and stuff one end with cotton wool. You now have a Pretend cig and cos its got cotton wool inside it - it has the same 'draw feeling'that you would get from a real cig. Hope this helps. Stay strong sweetie.
