Well... double figures, so getting there I guess. It doesn't seem to be getting easier this time though. Was arguing last night (as usual) and it seemed to bring out really strong cravings. I suppose I still need to work on breaking the trigger link between stress and smoking.

Is anyone else still in week 2 or have you all moved on?

Off home soon - hope everyone has a great smokefree weekend. I'm just about ready to kill bf (nothing nicotine related, he's just doing my head in) but I know that smoking will only make things worse.

Will have a nice walk home in the sunshine and think calming pleasant non-stressed thoughts.

Hey, know what you mean, bf's are crap sometimes and you're right, smoking will not help.

Staying off the cigs will help you to feel more self righteous and better than your bf!!

Yes, it is at times mighty hard! It's my tenth day as well... and it's yet to get any easier.

But it will... and it only takes a couple of minutes for the trigger craving to go...

I find just keeping busy really helps...that and a few M&Ms!

M & M's are excellent. Do you have the smarties ones or the peanuts ones? They're both very nice though. Got loads of colours in them which will give you a buzz!!! I always like trying to eat them in the cinema cos they always role away or I drop the packet and you can hear them rolling for ages under all the seats until they get to the bottom -ooooops!!
