Just thought I'd let you all know that today is the start of week 9 and I have no cravings at all. Last craving I had was about a week or ten days ago (and only lasted about a minute).
Anyway just to let you all know that just doing it cold turkey and sticking to your plan will pay off faster then you might expect.

Hi Ooh - I've only just realised we must have had almost the same quit date as I hit the start of week nine on Wednesday! Although I have used patches I've also found cravings have disappeared. Sometimes I think of smokes - I'm surrounded by smokers at work - but I really just don't want one any more
im on day 35 , its so nice to see posts like this because it gives us all the proof that it really does get easier and eventually we will all feel like you.
