day 10 getting ready for work had a nose bleed got bad spots on my back that are painfull feeling down today

Morning Alison. Funny my partner had nose bleed yesterday. Realy sorry your feeling down things may get better as the day gose on. I had a bad afternoon yesterday you think is it all worth it but things would be just as bad with fags today I am all thumbs so better get off dont know what I am talking about most of the time .
