Go cold turkey. Grit your teeth and just do it. BUT first you have to want to stop yourself not other people wanting you too quit.

Drink fruit juices during the first week to avoid crazy blood sugar level roller-coaster. That one thing single-handedly ruined my first quit.

Cold turkey and determination , you have to want to quit for the right reasons, it's been 7 years for me and it really is the best thing I ever did for myself, good luck
