Use of Quercetin?

Just wondering if anyone here is taking Quercetin with their daily routine of vitamin D, C, and zinc ? I have Waldenstroms M. I also have been on Imbruvica for2 1/2 years.

yes I am taking 500 mg daily for the last 6 months, along with C, D3, Zinc. Have not had any cold, runny nose, cough, etc for a very long time,.

Yes. If anything, beside raw garlic, quercetin has been second in showing mild improvement in shrinkage. Thougg I'd say its best to go for a nano based or phytosome based formula and always take it with either fat or calcium for enhanced absorption.
