March 15 I added back CBD with the CHAGA tea. At first they did not mix. I have to wait hours between each. I need a new schedule because taking the CBD at night keeps me awake.

Still thankful for the elimination of cancer pain, aches, itching.

Concerns:

1) Still have aching in my left thighs; it is getting unbearable. Knee would not bend one am. A couple of times I could not walk.i am thinking of seeing a chiropractic and vascular doctor.

2) Cancer is time consuming.

3) I am going to start regular steam room and sauna. I stopped infrared saunas and regular massages.

I just saw your post as I have been away for a week. I use the sauna or steam room a few times a week after my swim and find they help me to relax which has to be doing me good.

I find that 10 minutes in the sauna is enough or maybe 15 minutes in the steam room. You have to go with how your body responds and also how hot they keep the sauna that you use.

Heat often helps with pain. Hope you get some relief soon. Are you still on watch and wait?

Hello. I am on watch and wait. In a few months I will have an MRI and/or CT SCAN. I will make a decision based on results.
