In my last visit, doctor ordered Allosure test. The result is 0.13%. So that looks good. However dr also said that I have developed 2 new antibodies to the kidney. She did not specify which types or names of antibodies. Looks like right now they r not affecting my kidney - but in long run they could. She is also going to order some more tests and depending on the result she may need to give me more immunosuppressants - through IV.
This worries me for sure. Anyone here had to go through something similar?

Personally I WOULDN'T Worry, too much, this has obviously been 'Picked Up' Very Early On. You said 'it' yourself 'She Is Going to do More Tests...… So Clearly, the Good Lady is On to, this problem.
You don't say how 'Long Ago' you, actually Had, your Transplant...though, I suspect, not 'That' long ago. Yes 'Anti-body's' CAN appear, in the blood, not long after a Transplant. Yes this Might require further action...at a later date. Tell you what....How about, concerning yourself, with the 'Here And Now'? Your current Results are Good, yes? Your Feel 'Well', yes? You are apparently Recovering Well, yes? And you are Worried about 'something' that COULD 'Happen', later on....Despite, your Doctor/ Consultant being Fully Aware, of it...Yes? and a Meteorite Could Fall from Space, yes?
Don't get me wrong shash, I DO appreciate your 'Fears'...but maybe a sense of Proportion? Do you see what I'm trying, however Badly, to say?
I'm sure, that you, will be Fine shash, but if you want to contact me- indeed any Of Us- further then please do.
Sending my Warmest Wishes, have a Merry Christmas.
Thank you for your response Andrew! I am 3 months post transplant and yes my numbers are good. Creatinine at 1.0. I feel good as well. But this is first time they found some new antibodies so that worries me quite a bit. But you are right. I will focus on here and now! Thank you for your advice!!
It’s normal to develop new antibodies after first transplant & why first one is usually classes low risk. There is after all, a foreign organ now in our body.
antibodies that form within few months of transplant can be treated easily, if formed years after transplant then it cannot be treated.
Creatinine will go up sharply, when antibodies form shortly after transplant. but in your case creatinine is normal, so the amount of antibodies must be low. nothing to worry, still treatment of IV injections are required to clear the antibodies. good luck
