I just was transplanted in December. Do you supplies? Did your Dialysis Center social worker get you setup on Medicare?

Medicare pays for dialysis no mater how old you are. I have been down your road and now on my third transplant. good luck

Ok at your dialysis center you should have a social worker that can help you with all the financial difficulties for dialysis they can get someone from your state or wherever you live at for Medicare and Medicaid to help cover all of your dialysis treatments as well as you can contact human resources in your area will your state to find out how to apply for Medicare and Medicaid in your area this will cover all of your dialysis treatments as well as it can help with other financial difficulties ECT.. as well as you can, as well as you can contact the National Kidney Foundation they can also put you in contact with someone from Medicare and Medicaid as well as to help out with food and shelter as well. Surprised medicare won't pay!! Talk to American Kidney Fund they might be able to help. Also as others have said talk to your dialysis social worker if she doesn't have a clue..go to the director of the unit ir the social workers boss!
