Depending on your issue you can be stage 4 for years. Hope hope and keep your chin up👍 I’ve been stage 4 for about 6 years. Just don’t worry, believe and it will come. You do need to work at it.

Yep. Force yourself to exercise a 10 Minute walk in the morning first thing when you get up otherwise you'll be too tired. Also force yourself to get up in the morning first thing, if you go back to sleep you'll want to sleep all day. Get up and get the blood moving. Then if you get really tired around 3 pm which is when it really hits me try a cup of hot herbal tea. If that doesn't work try a 20 minute nap but get up right after that. Try not to sit to much as you'll want to sleep. If you can keep yourself on your feet you'll actually feel better. I also play pickleball 2 mornings a week, it helps to find a hobby. If you find yourself really tired get your blood checked for both Creatine and WBC. Also eat well stay away from fast food and eat vegetables.

Hi Alexis, I just happened to join a new church, to be specific it’s a Christian Church, when word got out that I needed a kidney, I had someone test for me immediately, I joined one of the Bible groups and met a wonderful angel there, to my surprise two weeks after meeting her she gave me the news that she already contacted my center and was already scheduled to start testing.

We had surgery 6 months later, she’s doing great, first year is a little rough for me but it’s getting much better now.

God played a huge part in me receiving this gift,I’m convinced.

I found out later that another woman received a kidney from the same church, I had 4 people volunteering to test for me.

I don’t know your situation as far as your belief, but I really believe that Church might be the best place to put the word out, not any church. Christian...

I’ll pray for you Alexia, put your faith in our Lord, he won’t let you down.

🤗🙏
