I want to ask about how to manage kidney cyst. The dos and don't including foods .

Hey, this topic will get a wide variety of answers. There's lots of theories at this time, I wish I had a link to one ideology that was considered the standard view, but alas I've not found it yet. Many people will give you their thoughts, including me, but I sure wish I could point you to some research that is definitive in pinpointing an exact solution to reducing cysts growth in kidneys.

But in order for folks to give you better "thoughts" on this topic, it would help if you provide a good bit more information about yourself. Like what is the source of your cyst growth. Is it PKD (Polycystic Kidney Disease) like mine, or of another origin. Also what is your current level of CKD (Kidney Disease). Like level 3a, 3b, 4, 5? Are you seeing a nephrologist, and what do they say is the cause of your cysts? What other co-morbid conditions do you have that could be contributing factors to your cad (like diabetes etc). If you would provide a lot more information about yourself (or for the person who has the cysts if it's not you, say a spouse or family member) and a bit of history concerning your health, it would be helpful to those who are trying to provide information to you. I know, we live in a "twitter" world of short phrases, but in cases like yours, more info is generally needed. People will also suggest you contact a renal dietitian for "official" help with this question. No one here can offer diagnosis or treatment, only their own experiences that they can share and ideas of things to think and ask about.
