Wow thank you everyone for so much information. I have many scares Beinging on Dialysis with GFR still 10 to 12. I have a stint change coming up next week that has to happen at every 3 months or I get a bad yeast or bacteria infection. But with this virus so bad and going into Boston scares me. They at Mass General assure me everything is Safe. And only certain Surgery's are scheduled and they are spaced out. But wow this virus is so scary.

It sounds like you are on hemodialysis. Most of my experience has been with peritoneal, but concerns about traveling and going into a facility are equal for both. My son is going to his clinic weekly and they are very aware of what needs to be done to make a safe environment, as I am sure your facility is. He wears his mask and he goes only when there is no one else at the clinic or if someone is there they are already in a closed door area. This virus is scary for everyone, so just remember the hospital workers are taking steps to protect you and themselves.

I am glad that you have reached out and received feedback from others in your situation. Expressing your concerns helps everyone else as they are feeling very similar to what you are experiencing.
